Lucky Lime is carried in a number of Austin markets. We’re growing as fast as we can, so be sure to check our website often for updates on new stores and delivery areas.
HOW ARE MEALS DELIVERED?
A Lucky Lime team member will deliver your order straight to your door. Because our service is so personalized, we don’t put your food on dry ice. You’ll want to be sure someone can receive your Lucky Lime and pop it into your refrigerator for maximum freshness.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AND/OR MAXIMUM ORDER QUANTITY ON LL COMBO MEALS?
Yes, the minimum order is five LL Combo Meals. If you want to order more than 50 meals, we might want to talk about catering as an option.
WHAT IF I’M NOT AROUND DURING DELIVERY TIMES?
If we’re delivering to your office, we can leave your order with someone else, or even store it in your designated refrigerator. If we’re delivering to your home, we can leave it at your door, but you’ll want to refrigerate your order as soon as you can. Because our goal is to deliver the freshest meals to you, we don’t freeze food or put orders on dry ice.
IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?
There’s a $5.00 delivery fee per order.
DO YOU HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?
Life is busy and unpredictable, so we like to provide customers with the flexibility of pre-ordering Lucky Lime. If you’d rather that we set up a weekly delivery of meals for you, we will be happy to do so. Also, we do have recurring corporate catering service available.
IS IT TOO LATE TO ADD SOMETHING TO MY ORDER?

You can edit your account information online at eatlucklylime.com, or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with your new address and we’ll make the change. Address changes need to be made by noon the day before your delivery.
HOW LONG WILL MY LUCKY LIME MEALS LAST?
Most of our ingredients are farm fresh and organic, too. Store them right away when you receive your order and they should keep in the refrigerator for up to five days. Good luck, though. This is crave-worthy food. If you don’t eat it, someone else might!
HOW LONG CAN I STORE MY LUCKY LIME JUICES?
Their deliciousness will last up to 7 days. Pop them into the refrigerator as soon as you get your delivery.
TIP: You already know how good our juices are straight out of the bottle or poured over ice, but did you know that they’re also great mixers? Add some sparkling wine, tequila or vodka to take them to a whole new level of yum!
WILL MY FOOD ARRIVE READY-TO-EAT OR DO I HAVE TO COOK?
Our goal is to give you the time and energy to crush your day, so most Lucky Lime meals are ready to eat. We do have some meals that will taste even better if you warm them a little, though. Check the label for any warming instructions.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU CHANGE YOUR MENU?
Our menus are seasonally driven, so we can serve you the freshest ingredients available. Some people think Texas only has one season — HOT! — but that’s just silly. Lucky Lime usually changes our menu quarterly.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR INGREDIENTS?
Our menus are globally inspired, but we go to local purveyors for most of our ingredients. Austin has farms and fresh food markets that focus on healthy production models and are our go-to for sourcing organic, environmentally-friendly ingredients.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE NUTRITION FACTS?
You can find nutritional information by clicking on an individual menu item this site. You can also look right on your meal’s packaging for the nutritional information.
Currently all heat-up items are compostable and all cold items are recyclable!

What is the 411 on Lucky Lime catering?
Every catering service we provide is unique. Typically, we serve groups ranging from 10 to 125 people. We require a minimum two-day notice, but please be aware that larger groups and more elaborate catering needs are best served with more advance planning. Can I see a sample menu?
Yes! Once we get the chance to speak with you to see what you are looking for (dietary restrictions, event themes, etc), our chef team will write a custom menu for your event!
OH NO, SOMETHING CAME UP AND I HAVE TO CANCEL.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, contact us 24 hours before your delivery day for a full refund or credit. A cancellation of less than 24 hours, you’ll be billed 50% of your total. But why cancel at all? You can store Lucky Lime in your refrigerator for up to five days. You know you’ll start craving it before then!

COVID-19 DELIVERY QUESTIONS
What safety procedures do you follow, specifically because of Coronavirus?
Lucky Lime has always gone above and beyond the mandated requirements for food and employee safety, so ramping up to adhere to the new requirements was a natural evolution. We closely follow the best practices set in place by the CDC, the World Health Organization, the FDA and local authorities.
Is it safe to get home delivery of food?
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), it is safe to handle packages. The WHO states, “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.” The CDC agrees that the risk of transmission from surfaces is low.
Why are you still delivering food during a pandemic?
Lucky Lime qualifies as an essential business, according to the Office of the Mayor of the City of Austin. According to the City Order 20200324-007:
“Individuals may obtain necessary services or supplies for themselves and their family or household members, or to deliver those services or supplies to others, such as, by way of example only and without limitation, groceries and food, including pet supplies and food, supplies they need to work from home, household consumer products, and products necessary to maintain the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences.”
